Box of smiles
His legs are longer, he's heavier, faster and a lot stronger. Bruno is growing at the speed of light and i'm enjoying every minute of it. Even if work prevents me from staring at him in delight 24/7, which, come to think of it, sounds like a good thing.

He now crawls, with one leg tucked inside and pushing with the other one, apparently using both his daddy's and my little niece's style. He also crawls backwards, generally with the intention of sitting down again and having a long look around the room.

He eats everything we feed him and a lot of things we don't feed him, such as computer cords and furniture. He babbles a lot more and dreamily mixes sounds forming song-like themes. He screams with pleasure. He also screams with tiredness or mere rage.

But what Bruno does a lot these days is smile. He's always been a big laugher. Still, you should see him now. He giggles, grins and offers broad smiles about 498 times a day. He laughs when i kiss his belly. He's waiting for someone to collect him from his cot and he patiently sits, making a stuffed chicken move around the sheets, while smiling all along. He catches my eye while his father is giving him lunch and chuckles.

After all the worries, the hospital tests, the weigth issues, i'm certainly gathering all these smiles in a box for rainy days.
